QALTA wdoes not forward the personal data of the customer to third parties, unless the customer has expressly consented to the transfer of personal data or QALTA is legally or judicially obliged to transfer personal data or the third parties are contractual partners of QALTA, which they use for contract processing (eg shipping companies, payment processing). The passing on of the customer's personal data to third parties is limited to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract. By placing an order via QALTA, the user expressly consents to the storage, processing, use and passing on of his personal data to the aforementioned extent by QALTA. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. 4. Your rights as defined by the GDPR

4.1 Right to information
